Meet Our Founders
Thomas M. Lewis, L.P.C.
With over a decade of experience, Thomas provides therapy for individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar symptoms, attention difficulties, compulsions, and oppositional behaviors. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage symptoms and create lasting change. Thomas’s practical, solution-focused style supports clients in reaching their goals. He also offers supervision for counseling residents, who are available for individual and group sessions.
Abigail Cruey
As co-founder and resident counselor, Abigail Cruey brings a passion for accessible, compassionate care and a dedication to supporting clients on their healing journeys. A graduate of New York University, she is now a doctoral student in Ecological Psychology and continues to expand her expertise in the counseling field. With a deep interest in mindfulness, CBT, and nature-based wellness, Abigail integrates her love for adventure and wilderness therapy into the center’s mission of promoting whole-person healing.
