Amanda Lee
Amanda is a dedicated Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy approaches. She passionately supports individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a wide array of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and issues related to self-esteem.

As a marriage and family therapist, Amanda views the relationship as the client. She explores how each person’s behavior affects others and investigates how issues within the relationship contribute to the concerns brought to therapy. Using narrative therapy techniques, Amanda delves into the story of the relationship—its past, present, and future—and examines how these stories shape the dynamic between partners. Amanda assists couples in finding alternative ways to communicate by exploring different storylines that may already exist. In her practice, she creates a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to
explore their thoughts and feelings. She understands that each person’s journey is unique, whether grappling with a specific challenge or seeking personal growth. Her empathetic nature encourages open communication, allowing clients to comfortably share their experiences without fear of judgment.
Through her insightful guidance and compassionate presence, she empowers clients to
find clarity and healing as they work toward their goals.
