Abigail is an advocate for the LGBTQ community and is committed to offering affirming, inclusive care for clients of all identities and orientations.
Her approach is holistic and integrative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered methods with nature-based practices. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, personality-related difficulties, addiction, and relationship challenges. Her goal is to help clients reduce distress, reconnect with their strengths, and build resilience in ways that restore balance and well-being.
